Will patients mind talking to an AI?

Do we need new phones or software?

No. You turn on call forwarding on your existing mobile or landline (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL or an office PBX) for when the line is busy, unanswered or switched off. We send you the exact settings.

Does it connect to our clinic software?

It doesn’t need to. Requests arrive as WhatsApp cards and reception fixes appointments as usual. That’s why it can go live in days rather than weeks.

Is it safe for urgent calls?

It asks fixed red-flag questions and sends anyone at risk to 108 or the nearest hospital emergency department. Otherwise it gives your own urgent route, marks the call urgent and gives a safety message. It never diagnoses or advises.

What about the DPDP Act and data?

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you’re the Data Fiduciary, and Membula acts as your Data Processor under a written agreement. You get the call flow and privacy-notice wording for your patients.

Does it speak Hindi or English too?

Your line runs in Gujarati. A second language such as Hindi or English is ₹6,000 a month. On this page the demo speaks English; choose ગુજરાતી at the top to hear it in Gujarati.

What if we go over 500 minutes?

Extra minutes are ₹21 each. At one to two minutes a call, 500 minutes covers roughly 250 to 500 calls. We warn you before you get close.

Is there a contract?
